探讨低浓度丝裂霉素 C(Mitomycin C,MMC)应用于先天性青光眼滤过术的效果及不良反应。结果显示 0 .1 mg/ml MMC及 0 .2 mg/ml MMC局部应用于滤过术中均可明显降低眼压 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,两组术后眼压无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。0 .1 mg/ml MMC组并发症发生率低于 0 .2 mg/ml MMC组。提示应用两种浓度 MMC均可有效降低眼压 ,提高手术成功率。而采用 0 .1 mg/ml MMC可减少术后并发症发生率 ,使手术更加安全
To investigate the effect and adverse reaction of low concentration Mitomycin C (MMC) applied in the treatment of congenital glaucoma. The results showed that 0.1 mg / ml MMC and 0.2 mg / ml MMC topically decreased intraocular pressure (P <0. 05), but no significant difference was found between the two groups P> 0 .0 5). The incidence of complications in the 0.1 mg / ml MMC group was lower than that in the 0.2 mg MMC group. Prompt application of two concentrations of MMC can effectively reduce intraocular pressure and improve the success rate of surgery.
