建筑业是我国国民经济的支柱产业之一,建筑产品为国民经济的发展奠定了重要的物质基础。同时,建筑业,特别是施工企业是一个高危险性、事故多发的行业。近年来,建筑业安全管理的现状和建筑施工现场的诸多不安全因素影响了整个建筑业效益的提高,也是建筑业及建筑施工现场不能吸引高素质人才的主要原因之一。安全管理具有系统性、连续性、技术性等特点,长期以来,建筑业一直是各国职业安全事故率较高的行业之一。由此可见建筑企业安全问题已成为建筑业发展的巨大障碍。
The construction industry is one of the pillar industries in our country’s national economy. The construction products have laid an important material foundation for the development of the national economy. At the same time, the construction industry, especially construction enterprises is a high-risk, accident-prone industries. In recent years, the status quo of construction safety management and many unsafe factors in the construction site have affected the improvement of the entire construction industry. It is also one of the major reasons why construction and construction sites can not attract highly qualified personnel. Safety management is systematic, continuous and technical. For a long time, the construction industry has always been one of the industries with a high occupational safety accident rate in various countries. This shows that the safety of construction enterprises has become a huge obstacle to the development of the construction industry.
