目的:对C-反应蛋白与白细胞计数联合检测在儿科上呼吸道感染中的应用价值进行讨论。方法:对我院2014年8月(2014年8月)-2015年11月间272例上呼吸道感染儿童的临床资料进行回顾性分析、整理,调查患儿C-反应蛋白水平与白细胞计数水平。结果:C-反应蛋白阳性、白细胞计数阳性的患者有108例,C-反应蛋白、白细胞计数均为阴性的56例,C-反应蛋白阳性率为63.2%,白细胞计数阳性率为55.9%,两者联合检查阳性率为79.4%,与单独检测结果比较存在明显差异,P<0.05,X2分别为7.42、6.27。结论:两者联合检查能够提升患儿疾病检出率,对患儿临床诊断、治疗有着非常重要的意义。
Objective: To discuss the value of combined detection of C-reactive protein and leukocyte count in pediatric upper respiratory tract infection. Methods: The clinical data of 272 children with upper respiratory tract infection in our hospital from August 2014 (August 2014) to November 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. The C-reactive protein level and white blood cell count of children were collected and investigated. Results: There were 108 cases with C-reactive protein positive and white blood cell count positive, 56 cases with negative C-reactive protein and white blood cell count, the positive rate of C-reactive protein was 63.2%, the positive rate of white blood cell count was 55.9% The positive rate of joint examination was 79.4%, which was significantly different from the single test results (P <0.05, X2 = 7.42, 6.27 respectively). Conclusion: The combination of the two can improve the detection rate of disease in children, which is very important for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of children.
