目的:探讨震动感觉阈值测定在初诊2型糖尿病筛查及治疗中的应用效果。方法:对入选初诊的2型糖尿病患者42例进行足部震动感觉阈值(VPT)检查,筛查后进行药物治疗再行VPT检查,比较治疗前后的测定值。结果:18例VPT>15 V,糖尿病周围神经病变的发病率为44.4%。治疗后右侧内踝和左侧大拇指腹前端测定值均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:新确诊的2型糖尿病患者存在较高的足溃疡风险,VPT对于新确诊的2型糖尿病患者DPN的筛查及治疗有指导作用,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of shock sensation threshold in the screening and treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: Twenty-two patients with newly diagnosed Type 2 diabetes mellitus underwent the Vibration Sensory Threshold (VPT) test. After screening, the patients were treated with VPT and then the VPT was compared before and after treatment. Results: In 18 cases of VPT> 15 V, the incidence of diabetic peripheral neuropathy was 44.4%. After treatment, the anteroposterior values of the right medial malleolus and the left thumb were lower than those before treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion: There is a high risk of foot ulcer in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients. VPT may be useful in the screening and treatment of DPN in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
