目的利用全自动静电吸附诱蚊监测灯(静电诱蚊灯)监测蚊虫,为开展科学规范的蚊虫调查和监测方法提供参考。方法于2009-2013年选择嘉定区所有13个乡镇,利用静电诱蚊灯监测蚊虫密度,同时选取1个监测点比较静电诱蚊灯和吸入式诱蚊灯两种方法监测蚊虫密度、种类的差异及蚊种构成比和季节消长趋势的相关性。结果静电诱蚊灯采用253.7 nm紫外线光谱,对本地区常见蚊种引诱率较强,与吸入式诱蚊灯(波长360 nm)相比,静电诱蚊灯诱获蚊虫数量为吸入式诱蚊灯的2.12倍;且对三带喙库蚊、中华按蚊的引诱效果较好,对其他昆虫引诱率低,虫体完整。利用静电诱蚊灯自动监测6 h的平均密度比全夜监测12 h的结果高71.93%,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.837,P=0.016),蚊虫活动集中在上半夜。结论静电诱蚊灯在波长、监测时间、自动性、防雨防潮、标本麻醉及虫体损伤等方面有新改进,符合《全国病媒生物监测方案》要求,可用于蚊虫监测、虫相调查、流行病学调查和疫点处理等。
Objective To monitor the mosquitoes by the automatic electrostatic attraction mosquito-detecting lamp (electrostatic mosquito-trapping lamp), and provide a reference for the scientific and standardized investigation and monitoring of mosquitoes. Methods From 2009 to 2013, all 13 villages and towns in Jiading District were selected. The mosquito density was monitored by electrostatic light trapping mosquito lamp. One mosquito trap and one mosquito trap were selected to monitor the mosquito density and species difference And mosquito composition ratio and the seasonal trend of decline in the correlation. Results Electrostatic mosquito lamp used 253.7 nm ultraviolet (UV) spectroscopy to induce common mosquito species in this area. Compared with inhaled mosquito lamp (wavelength of 360 nm), the number of mosquitoes induced by electrostatic mosquito trap was aspirational mosquito lamp 2.12 times; and Culex tritaeniorhynchus, Anopheles sinensis better luring effect on other insects, low lure, complete parasite. The average density of 6 hours monitored by static electricity mosquito lamp automatically was 71.93% higher than that of 12 hours monitored overnight (t = -2.837, P = 0.016). The activity of mosquitoes concentrated in the middle of the night. Conclusion Electrostatic mosquito lamp has new improvements in wavelength, monitoring time, automation, rain and moisture proof, specimen anesthesia and insect body damage. It meets the requirements of “National vector bio-monitoring program” and can be used for mosquito monitoring, insect phase investigation, Epidemiological investigation and epidemic treatment.
