采用直接平衡法和低温无水电解法测定溶解状态的稀土及固体电解质定氧探头直接定氧活度等测试方法研究了镧、铈、钕,钐、钇在(1300~1500℃)铁碳饱和液和1600℃纯铁液中脱硫平衡,分别测得反应生成RES和RE_2S_3的脱硫常数,铁液中RES和RE_2S_3的标准生成自由能,稀土元素与硫的相互作用系数,温度对这些热力学性质的影响程度,并给出了生成RES和RE_2S_3的热力学条件,同时从热力学上讨论了这些性质。
The direct equilibrium method and low temperature anhydrous electrolytes were used to measure the activity of rare earth and solid electrolyte oxygen probe. The effects of lanthanum, cerium, neodymium, samarium and yttrium on the properties of iron-carbon saturated solution (1300 ~ 1500 ℃) And desulphurization equilibrium at 1600 ℃ in pure iron liquid. The desulfurization constants of RES and RE_2S_3, the standard free energy of RE and RE_2S_3 in molten iron, the interaction coefficient between rare earth and sulfur and the influence of temperature on these thermodynamic properties were measured respectively The thermodynamic conditions for generating RES and RE_2S_3 are also given. These properties are also discussed thermodynamically.
