合成5种二苯并-26-冠-8衍生物,通过核磁共振氢谱、碳谱、质谱对其结构进行表征,采用四球试验机考察其在锂基脂中的摩擦学性能。结果表明,冠醚化合物能显著提高基础锂基脂的承载能力和抗磨性能,其中具有强极性基团(羟基)并含有大环冠醚空腔的冠醚衍生物,对金属表面有较强的相互作用,从而具有更好的抗磨和极压性能。
Five dibenzo-26-crown-8 derivatives were synthesized and their structures were characterized by 1H-NMR, GC and MS. The tribological properties of lithium-based grease were investigated by using a four-ball testing machine. The results showed that the crown ether compounds can significantly improve the carrying capacity and wear resistance of lithium base grease. Among them, the crown ether derivatives with strong polar groups (hydroxyl groups) and containing macrocyclic crown ether cavities have better surface properties on metal surfaces Strong interaction, which has better wear and extreme pressure performance.
