目的 :探讨旋毛虫感染过程中血清抗体和有核细胞变化的规律。方法 :采用ELISA检测血清IgG抗体 ,血涂片瑞氏染色计数各类有核细胞百分数。结果 :旋毛虫感染小鼠血清IgG抗体水平逐渐升高 ,感染后42d达观察期间的最高值 ;嗜酸性粒细胞和中性粒细胞比例高于感染前 ,单核细胞和淋巴细胞比例则低于感染前。结论 :提示嗜酸性粒细胞是旋毛虫感染免疫中起主要作用的细胞 ,抗旋毛虫感染免疫是体液免疫和细胞免疫协同作用的
Objective: To investigate the changes of serum antibody and nucleated cells during Trichinella infection. Methods: Serum IgG antibody was detected by ELISA. The percentage of nucleated cells in each group was counted by Wright staining. Results: Serum IgG antibody levels in mice infected with Trichinella spiralis gradually increased, reaching the highest value at 42 days after infection. The proportion of eosinophils and neutrophils was higher than that before infection, and the percentage of monocytes and lymphocytes was lower than Before infection. CONCLUSION: Eosinophils are suggested to play a major role in Trichinella infection immunity. Anti-Trichinella infection immunity is synergistic with humoral and cellular immunity
