校本教研的设计思路是多种多样的,“同课同构”是在昆明市第三中学高三英语组采用之后取得比较满意的效果才提出的一种设想。高三英语组根据一位老教师带三位年轻教师的实际情况,采取小组的方式统一备课、统一教案、统一导学案、依次上课并统一听课,之后进行统一反思、讨论和分析,进而得出最佳教学模式,最后进行推广。笔者在本校经专家论证和考评之后成立了一个以“同课同构”校本教研为主体的攀登工作室,旨在带动本校更多的年轻教师投身教学研究,同时为学校培养更多的骨干教师。此方法的使用有利于各成员对比学习,做到取长补短,有利于资源整合,大家共同提升。
