两文作者用静脉滴入丙种球蛋白法(IVIG)分别对儿童、成人免疫性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)治疗,近期疗效明显,经验可鉴。病人、方法:儿童组,均确诊为原发性ITP,无切脾者,11/13例有类醇激素治疗史,疗效不好。成人组,除4例为继发性ITP,均确诊为原发性ITP,13例已切脾,激素治疗史不详。所用IVIG制剂为人血浆提纯物,未经化学改造,浓度5%,pH4.25,每针剂50ml。5日疗法:400mg/kg/日×5;2日法:1000mg/kg/日×2。间歇期及总疗程依病情而定,观察治疗前、中、后全血细胞数及血小板相关抗体、血
