上海产权交易所于1996年3月25日重组后,不仅交易数量上有跳跃式的上升,而且在发挥市场功能上又迈新步。尤其是去年,在进一步发挥市场功能上有显著进展,成为上海逐渐成熟的要素市场。一是会员队伍壮大,面向市场、中介撮合的能力增强。1997年发展新会员29家,其中社会中介机构16家,占60％。迄今在全部83家会员中,已形成三足鼎立的网络体系:一为各控股集团公司的“条”系支柱,覆盖了上海市工业和交通运输系统的全部经营
