阐述头盔性能测试系统的原理,介绍钢锤撞击头盔的性能测试装置.根据钢锤、头盔、头模与测力传感器的撞击受力状况,导出其动力学(冲量)方程,计算打击力.同时讨论影响计算打击力的因素.计算数值与实测结果十分相近,本文的结果可应用于防弹头盔、消防头盔、安全帽等的性能计算.
Describe the principle of the helmet performance test system, introduce the performance test device of steel hammer impact helmet. According to the impact of steel hammer, helmet, head mold and load cell, the dynamic (impulse) equation is deduced and the striking force is calculated. At the same time discuss the factors that affect the calculation of combat power. The calculated values and the measured results are very similar, the results of this paper can be applied to the performance calculation of bullet-proof helmets, fire helmets and helmets.
