早在1923年Caille与Viel用安替比林作为检定生物液体中锑、铋、锡之试剂,曾名为Caille-Viel试剂。近十多年来,安替比林及其衍生物在分析上获得广泛的应用,其中特别是二安替比林甲烷在一些性质彼此相似元素的分离与若干元素的测定上显示了它的优越性能。本文就该试剂的性质、合成方法和若干元素的反应以及在分析上的应用作一简单叙述。笔者由于水平及文献资料所限,谬误与遗漏之处恳望读者指正。
As early as 1923, Caille and Viel used antipyrine as a reagent for the determination of antimony, bismuth and tin in biological fluids. They had been called Caille-Viel reagents. In the recent ten years, Antipyrine and its derivatives have been widely used in the analysis. Especially, the diantipyryl methane shows its superiority in the separation of some similar elements from each other and the determination of some elements performance. In this paper, the nature of the reagent, synthesis methods and reaction of several elements as well as the analysis of the application made a brief description. The author due to the level and the limited documentation, error and omissions purported readers correct.
