云南省焦化行业SO2排放的实际状况和全国平均水平有一定差异。结合云南省污染特点,核算实用性和针对性更强的地方性污染物排放系数。通过实地调研,收集大量生产现状、炼焦企业产能及SO2产/排放等核算基础数据资料,采用物料衡算与实测法相结合的排放系数核算方法,得出具有行业发展地域代表性的SO2产排污系数,同时给出特定工艺及规模下的个体产、排污系数。其中综合产污系数为3.84kgSO2/t焦炭,综合排污系数区间为1.51～2.49kgSO2/t焦炭。最后将核算个体排污系数与2007年《第一次全国污染源普查工业污染源产排污系数手册》中系数进行对比,将综合系数与2008年《总量污染物减排细则(试行)》中相关系数进行对比,分析了差异原因。
