邹大鹏是辽宁省辽阳县人,1926年入党,历任共青团满洲省委书记、东北社会部部长、长春特别市市长、中央社会部秘书长、军委联络部部长、国务院情报总署署长、中央调查部常务副部长、政协常委等职,是情报工作战线一位了不起的、传奇性的英雄人物。1907年邹大鹏出生于一个贫苦农民家庭,青年时期在凤凰城省立二师积极参加反帝爱国活动。1925年,在北平考入汉阳兵工学校,1926年加入中国共产党,任该校支部书记。因为参加了汉阳兵工厂大罢工,被学校开除,返回东北。任共青团北满特委书记,青年部主任,共青团省委书记等职。这个时期,邹大鹏和他的战友们在党的领导下,经过四年顽强不屈的战斗,在白山黑水间开辟了北满这块未被开垦的处女地。发动了如火如荼的反帝爱国运动,建立发展了党团组织,打击了帝国主义和地方军阀的反动气焰,哺育了大批青年骨干,播下了革命的火种。1931年邹大鹏因为不满立三路
Zou Dapeng, a member of Liaoyang County in Liaoning Province, joined the party in 1926 and served successively as secretary of the Communist Youth League of Manchuria, minister of the Northeast Social Ministry, mayor of Changchun Special City, secretary general of the Central Social Ministry, minister of the Liaison Department of the Central Military Commission, director of the Information Department under the State Council, Deputy Minister of the Standing Committee and Standing Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, are the remarkable and legendary heroic figures in the intelligence work front. In 1907 Zou Dapeng was born in a poor peasant family, youth in the Phoenix province two divisions actively participate in anti-imperialist and patriotic activities.
