目的:评价墨旱莲多糖对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:昆明种小鼠,分为墨旱莲多糖高、中、低3个剂量组、正常对照组和阳性药香茹多糖组,ig14d后观测小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率和吞噬指数以及溶血素和溶血空斑的形成情况。结果:与正常组对照组相比,墨旱莲多糖高、中、低3个剂量组均能显著增加小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬百分率和吞噬指数,显著增加血清中溶血素含量和溶血空斑的形成,其中以墨旱莲多糖低剂量组作用为强。结论:墨旱莲多糖对正常小鼠免疫功能有良好的增强作用。
Objective: To evaluate the influence of Erythroculmus polysaccharides on immune function in normal mice. Methods: Kunming mice were divided into 3 groups: high, medium and low dose of Eclipta prostrata polysaccharide, normal control group and positive drug rosulucose group. The phagocytic rate and phagocytic index of mouse peritoneal macrophages were observed after ig14d, Prime and hemolytic plaque formation. Results: Compared with the normal control group, the high, medium and low dose groups could significantly increase the phagocytic percentage and phagocytic index of mouse peritoneal macrophages, and significantly increase the content of hemolysin and hemolysis The formation of plaques, of which the role of the low dose Eupatorium lotus group is strong. Conclusion: The polysaccharide of Eclipta prostrata has a good enhancement on the immune function of normal mice.
