苏4-10X井,是华北油田在霸州苏桥区块部署的一口储气库井,储气库井井身结构复杂,施工工序多,施工工艺难度大,特别是储气库井身设计使用寿命要求较长,储气库运行工况条件苛刻,要求盖层以上500-800米水泥封固段固井质量必须到达优质,三开中完井深4608米,进入潜山5米,在三开1200余米裸眼的裸眼内共钻穿12层累计44米厚的煤层,井壁不稳定,承压能力不好,为了顺利下入套管,提高顶替效率,保证固井质量,通过强化井眼准备,校核套管刚度,优选前置液和水泥浆体系及压力校核计算等有效措施,严格施工,最终保证了苏4-10X井尾管固井质量,解决了苏桥潜山储气库井尾管固井中存在的问题,为华北储气库以后类似固井方式积累了宝贵经验。
