杨正平,苗族,1974年12月生,贵州省丹寨县人,自幼酷爱芦笙。1992年考入贵州省艺术学校芦笙班,1997年继续在贵州大学艺术学院芦笙专业深造。现为贵州省芦笙研究会副会长、黔东南州音乐家协会副主席。曾随中国民族艺术团、中国民间音乐家小组、中国贵州少数民族艺术团出访法国、德国、荷兰、比利时、西班牙、卢森堡、日本、香港、澳门、台湾等十多个国家和地区,参加国际艺术节和文化艺术交流活动。演奏的芦笙曲《欢乐的苗家》、《清水江畔丰收
Yang Zhengping, Miao, born in December 1974, Danzhai County, Guizhou Province, since childhood Lusheng love.
