针对吉林油田注水系统的特点,对碳酸盐垢、硫酸盐垢的结垢趋势分别进行了理论预测,同时对实验室仿真模拟实验的结垢样品进行了X射线衍射分析.理论预测结果表明,吉林油田注水系统中可能会形成碳酸盐垢而不会形成硫酸盐垢理论预测和实验室仿真实验完全相符,为吉林油田注水系统选择合适的阻垢剂提供了依据.
According to the characteristics of water injection system in Jilin Oilfield, the scaling tendency of carbonate scale and sulfate scale were theoretically predicted respectively. At the same time, the scaling samples of laboratory simulation experiment were analyzed by X-ray diffraction. Theoretical predictions show that carbonate flooding may form in the injection system of Jilin Oilfield without the formation of sulfate scale. The theoretical predictions are in good agreement with laboratory simulations, which provides the basis for selecting proper scale inhibitors for water injection system in Jilin Oilfield.
