新生代农民工社会支持网络的构建直接影响到城市化进程中新生代农民工城市融入的状态,是和谐社会构建的重要基础。本研究在对合肥市48位新生代农民工进行半结构化访谈数据信息分析的基础上得出,现阶段新生代农民工社会支持网络规模小,网络构成同质化的特征依然明显。除社会环境因素之外,新生代农民工自身因素也是导致其现有社会支持网络格局的重要因素。因此,必须从政府部门、社区、社会组织,新生代农民工自身多视角对新生代农民工的社会支持网络加以构建。
The construction of a new generation of migrant workers’ social support network has a direct impact on the integration of the new generation of migrant workers into cities in the process of urbanization, which is an important foundation for the construction of a harmonious society. Based on the data analysis of semi-structured interviews with 48 young migrant workers in Hefei, this study concluded that the characteristics of the social support network of the new generation of migrant workers are small and the composition of the network is still homogeneous at this stage. In addition to social environmental factors, the new generation of migrant workers themselves is also an important factor leading to the existing social support network. Therefore, it is necessary to construct a social support network for the new generation of migrant workers from the perspectives of government departments, communities, social organizations and new generation of migrant workers.
