柔韧素质是指人体关节活动幅度的大小以及跨过关节的韧带、肌腱、肌肉、皮肤及其他组织的弹性和伸展能力,是人体的一种重要身体素质。柔韧素质的练习方法比较单一,主要以压、拉、吊等手段进行练习,趣味性不够,且在练习的初期,各关节、韧带、肌肉等地方常常伴随着酸胀、疼痛,没有一定的意志品质,根本无法坚持。如何让学生坚持且能愉快地练习柔韧?笔者来分享一下巧用短绳趣练柔韧的一些方法。
