合同管理在项目工程造价控制中有着很重要的意义。按照合同条款来审核工程项目的各项造价,避免不合理的增资和报价,很多工程造价难于控制就是没有重视合同管理;没有严格按照合同来审核造价造成的。文章以巴里坤县水利工程项目三塘湖供水工程二道沟支线的建设为例,分析了水利施工中合同管理在工程造价控制方面的运用、意义、特点、目的和重要性等。
Contract management in the project cost control has a very important significance. In accordance with the terms of the contract to audit the project cost, to avoid unreasonable capital increase and quotation, a lot of project cost is difficult to control that is, no emphasis on contract management; not strictly in accordance with the contract to audit the cost caused. Taking the construction of Erdaogu branch of Santanghu Water Supply Project of Barkol County Water Resources Project as an example, the article analyzes the application, significance, characteristics, purpose and importance of contract management in project cost control in water conservancy construction.
