以轻烧镁粉和轻烧白云石粉为原料,合成镁钙砂并制砖;利用高温显微镜和岩相分析,将材料抗水化性与抗渣性结合起来,研究了精炼钢包渣对合成镁钙系耐火材料的侵蚀。结果表明:合成镁钙系耐火材料对碱性渣有很好的抵抗性;少量添加剂既可提高抗水化性又不降低抗渣性
Using light burnt magnesium powder and light burned dolomite powder as raw materials to synthesize magnesia-calcareous sand and make bricks, the hydration resistance and slag resistance of the materials were combined by using high-temperature microscope and petrographic analysis to study the effect of refined ladle slag on the synthesis of magnesium Calcium-based refractory erosion. The results show that the synthetic magnesium-calcium refractory material has good resistance to alkaline slag; a small amount of additive can not only improve the hydration resistance but also reduce the slag resistance
