本实验用不同浓度的钼处理几种不同基因型的海带雌配子体,发现(1)钼不仅有促进细胞生长的作用,而且对性成熟也有一定促进作用;(2)不同基因型的海带雌配子体对钼的反应有所不同。 微量元素钼对高等植物的生长很有影响,据观察,缺钼的植物会生长不好表现缺氮的症状。有实验表明,钼对藻类的生长是一种限制因素(Goldman,1967)。另有实验表明,微量的钼酸氨对三种海藻如石蓴的一个物种(Ulva lactuca)、网地藻的一个物种(Dictyota dichotoma)和鸡毛菜的一个物种(Pterocladai capillacea)有增加干重的作用,但对性成熟没有什么影响(Nasr and Bekheet,1970)。本实验的目的是探索海带雌配子体对钼的反应,看不同基因型是否有不同的反应。
In this study, we treated molluscicola gametes of several genotypes with different concentrations of molybdenum and found that (1) molybdenum not only promoted cell growth but also promoted sexual maturation; (2) The response to molybdenum is different. The purpose of this experiment is to explore the response of kelp female gametophyte to molybdenum and to see if different genotypes have different responses.
