研究了FB、YSM、ALPF三种树脂基的碳纤维增强摩擦材料的摩擦性能。试验结果表明 ,树脂基摩擦材料的摩擦性能主要和温度有关 ,磨损率和摩擦系数都会随温度的变化而变化 ,但对应于不同基体 ,受温度的影响程度不同。其中FB树脂基体的摩擦材料受温度的影响较小 ,具有良好的性能。
The friction properties of three kinds of resin-based carbon fiber reinforced friction materials FB, YSM and ALPF were studied. The experimental results show that the frictional properties of the resin-based friction material are mainly related to the temperature, and the wear rate and the friction coefficient of the resin-based friction material vary with the temperature. However, the temperature-dependent effects of the different matrixes are different. Among them, the friction material of FB resin matrix is less affected by temperature and has good performance.
