集团企业人力资源管理的核心问题是如何通过人力资源管理活动推动企业战略目标实现,人力资源战略规划是具体的各项人力资源管理活动的源头和指南,有着重要的引导作用。A集团是以工程总承包为主,跨行业、跨国经营的大型国有建筑企业集团,近年来迎来了快速发展期,但人力资源现状和集团的加速发展已不相匹配,文章通过分析其现有人力资源现状,深入研究大型企业集团如何设计和实施的人力资源战略规划,对探讨提高企业经营管理水平,提升核心竞争力有着积极的现实意义。
The core problem of human resources management in group enterprises is how to promote the realization of strategic objectives of enterprises through human resources management activities. The strategic planning of human resources is the source and guideline of specific human resources management activities and plays an important guiding role. Group A is a large-scale state-owned construction enterprise group with the main project contracting, cross-sectoral and multinational operations. In recent years, Group A has witnessed rapid development. However, the current situation of human resources has not been matched with the accelerated development of the Group. By analyzing its existing Human resources status quo, in-depth study of how to design and implement large-scale enterprise group human resources strategic planning, to explore to improve business management level, enhance core competitiveness has a positive and practical significance.
