涉农类高职学生就业现状与世界经济环境复杂、国内经济新旧动能转化、国家产业结构调整加大、就业领域总量压力凸显、就业结构性矛盾突出、社会意识形态导向及大学生求职价值观等因素息息相关。本文选取涉农类高职学生为研究对象,调研其求职价值观现状,以期精准发力、分类施策、创新举措,助推高校大学生就业精准帮扶工作。
The employment status quo of agriculture-related higher vocational students and the world economic environment are complex.
