从20世纪90年代开始,数控系统体系结构从封闭开始转向开放,数控系统硬件结构趋向标准化,更多的硬件具有了互换性;数控系统的软件结构则趋向模块化、透明化;数控系统的功能则趋向智能化;数控系统与其他控制系统逐渐以网络相连接,以实现远程控制、远程维修服务等内容。开放式智能化、网络化的数控技术是实现制造自动化、智能化、集成化和全球化的基础技术。
Since the 1990s, the system structure of CNC system has changed from the beginning of closure to the opening up. The hardware structure of CNC system tends to be standardized and more hardware has interchangeability. The software structure of CNC system tends to be modular and transparent. Function tends to be intelligent; CNC system and other control systems gradually connected to the network in order to achieve remote control, remote maintenance services and so on. Open intelligent, networked CNC technology is the realization of manufacturing automation, intelligence, integration and globalization of the underlying technology.
