目的探讨糖尿病(DM)患者运动神经中枢及神经根、周围神经的功能。方法应用经皮质、脊髓电刺激运动诱发电位(MEP)对50例DM患者进行观察。结果DM组异常率82%(41/50);表现为皮质、脊髓刺激MEP潜伏期延迟、波形分化欠佳,部分伴有中枢传导时间(CMCT)异常。MEP异常率与病程长短呈正相关;空腹血糖水平对MEP结果无明显影响。结论DM患者的锥体束及神经根、周围神经功能均存在明显异常。MEP结合神经电图(ENG)、体感诱发电位(SEP)等可对DM的神经系统功能提供全面客观指标
Objective To investigate the function of motor nerve center, nerve root and peripheral nerve in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods 50 cases of DM patients were treated with transcortical and spinal cord stimulation (MEP). Results The abnormal rate of DM group was 82% (41/50). The cortical and spinal cord stimulation delayed the latency of MEP, poorly differentiated waveform and partially accompanied by abnormal CMCT. MEP abnormal rate and duration of the disease was positively correlated; fasting blood glucose levels had no significant effect on the MEP results. Conclusion There are obvious abnormalities in pyramidal tract, nerve root and peripheral nerve in DM patients. MEP combined with neuro-electrogram (ENG), somatosensory evoked potential (SEP) and so on can provide comprehensive and objective indicators of the nervous system function of DM
