饮食行业的迅速发展,特别是街头食品,因此食具的卫生监督管理已成为当前社会公共卫生一大问题,也是食品卫生监督管理工作中急待解决的问题。据王美蓉报告目前使用餐具合格率为45%。为加强城区饮食行业食具消毒工作的监督管理,我市于1992年9月建立了食具消毒站,对城区所有个体饮食店(摊)和部分无有效食具消毒设备的国营,集体饮食店的食具全部采用集中式消毒。现将消毒效果调查报告如下:调查方法为保证调查的真实性、本次调查的目的、内容事先一律未向被调查者说明。按事先设计的调查方案,通过现场查看,询问和查阅有关基础管理资料,以及对消毒后食具采样检测。检验方法采用专用大肠菌群快速检测纸片法。
