总结分析作者近2年来亲自审读过的稿件共230篇，指出部分作者在医学论文书写时不注意详细叙述材料与方法，主要问题有：①过于简单；②无诊断标准或选择标准不确切、可靠或公认；③分组情况描述不详细；④样本收集方法不具体。阐明明细翔实的材料和方法是医学论文的精髓，是得出数据结果的重要前提，它反映科研设计思想，充分体现医学论文的基本要求，并起到承上启下的作用。
A total of 230 manuscripts reviewed by the author in the past two years were analyzed. It was pointed out that some authors did not pay attention to the detailed description of materials and methods when writing medical papers. Explaining detailed and informative materials and methods is the essence of medical papers. It is an important prerequisite for obtaining data results.
