在当今城市化进程不断加快的大背景下,人民调解这一传统制度在现代的城市社区中发挥着重要的作用。从本质上说,城市社区人民调解仍属于人民调解制度的范畴,只是将制度的执行和实施限定在社区这一特定区域内。文章分析了现阶段我国城市社区人民调解普遍存在的问题,并针对存在的问题提出完善建议,以更好地维护城市社区人民的合法权益。
Under the current background of accelerating urbanization, the traditional system of people’s mediation plays an important role in the modern urban community. In essence, the people’s mediation in urban communities still belongs to the category of the people’s mediation system, and only limits the implementation and enforcement of the system in this particular region of the community. This article analyzes the common problems of people’s mediation in urban communities in our country and puts forward some suggestions according to the existing problems in order to better safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of people in urban communities.
