The article introduces three methods of synthesis of small particle YAG: Ce phosphors. This phosphor emits yellow light when excited by the light of a blue LED. In synthetic pcLEDs, the blue and yellow light mix to form white light. This paper explains the dependence of the color point on this pcLED coated with YAG: Ce phosphors and the change of this dependent approach by adding a catalyst that repairs the lattice lattice. In addition, the article also discusses the measurement of the efficiency of the YAG: Ce phosphor in the Ce3 + aggregation center, the firing temperature and the excitation wavelength.
