我油建公司于1987年9月建造的一台5000m~3油罐,充水试验过程中,罐内进水高度约3m时,发现罐底边缘板一处漏水。于是采取沉沙堵漏的方法强行继续进水。罐内水满后,边缘板焊缝的另一处突然严重漏水,只好将罐内水全部放出,进行检查。发现38道边缘板对接焊缝中,有7道不同程度的径向裂纹。整个罐底变形严重,凸凹最大为125mm,罐底靠边缘板内侧一圈向上鼓起,罐外边缘板局部向上撬起,距基础混凝土圈梁最大距离40mm。边缘板对接焊缝开裂是整个罐底变形严重造成的。根据以上发生的问题,采取如下返修措
