目的评价核心同伴宣传员(POL)艾滋病性病健康教育有效干预模式效果,为学校有针对性的制定预防艾滋病健康教育提供依据。方法对开展POL学校的学生进行艾滋病知识、态度和行为干预前后两次问卷调查。结果 POL培训宣传前后,艾滋病性病认知有变化,且差别有统计学意义(χ2=403.694,P<0.01);对艾滋病性病和对健康的认识态度、行为都有改变,且差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论核心同伴宣传员艾滋病性病健康教育对学生艾滋病性病知识、态度和行为作用明显,有利于学校更好的开展艾滋病性病健康教育。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of effective intervention modes of health education on HIV / AIDS among core peer advocates (POLs) and provide basis for the school to make AIDS health education targeted. Methods Two questionnaires were conducted before and after AIDS knowledge, attitude and behavioral intervention in POL schools. Results Before and after the POL training publicity, the awareness of STDs in AIDS was changed with the difference statistically significant (χ2 = 403.694, P <0.01). The attitudes and behaviors of AIDS STDs and health were changed, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Core Peer Advocates HIV / AIDS Health Education has a significant effect on HIV / AIDS STD knowledge, attitude and behavior among students, which is conducive to better AIDS health education in schools.
