甜菜(Beta vulgaris L.)为我国北方重要的制糖原料作物。多年来,国内外许多科学工作者对甜菜的生长发育规律、栽培技术、遗传育种、抽苔开花的调节与控制及开花习性等作了大量工作,取得很大成绩。但有关甜菜花芽分化问题,目前尚缺乏系统地报导。花芽分化是营养生长向生殖生长转化的过渡阶段,弄清花芽分化的规律及其机理,对防止甜菜第一年营养生长期过早抽苔开花和提高第二年采种植株的种子产量和品质均具有重要意义。
Beet (Beta vulgaris L.) is an important sugar raw material crop in northern China. Over the years, many scientists at home and abroad have done a great deal of work on the law of growth and development, cultivation techniques, genetic breeding, regulation and control of bolting flowering and flowering habits.
