污染黄曲霉毒素B_1(简称AFTB_1)的花生麸,经7~30%生石灰粉作实验室去毒试验,去毒率为60%~90.5%。在大田试验中,用20%石灰粉去毒,抽检6次,平均去毒率为93.7%;用30%生石灰粉去毒,平均去毒率为95.8%。但值得注意的是,凡用石灰去毒的花生麸,其粗旦自有所降低,给去毒的花生麸与麦麸混合(1+2),作日根喂猪(5只猪), 任其自由采食,共喂饲63天,食入花生麸40公斤,后扑杀,未发现肉眼可见的异常病变。而未经去毒的含AFTB_148000ppb的花生麸对照组(4只猪),共喂饲4公斤花生麸,试验猪在12、24、27和37天相继死亡,并出现典型的AFTB_1中毒症状。
