本文简要介绍了目前人民法院技术部门为什么对外委托及目前社会司法鉴定部门的状况,并结合我院技术室对外委托现状总结了四种选取鉴定机构的模式,以探讨人民法院根据不同情况下如何对外委托的问题。希望能够在同类问题的研究上达到抛砖引玉的效果。
This article gives a brief introduction of why the technical department of the People’s Court currently entrusts to the outside and the current status of the social appraisal department. Based on the status quo of outsourcing commissioned by the technical room of our hospital, this paper summarizes the four modes of selecting and appraising institutions to discuss how the People’s Court Commissioned questions. Hope to be able to achieve the same effect on the study of similar issues.
