内皮衍生松弛因子(Endothclial dcrivcd rclaxingfactor,EDRF)是由内皮细胞产生的一种血管活性物质.最近的研究表明,其性质与一氧化氮(NitricOxid,NO)相同,具有影响血流动力学、血小板聚集和粘附、炎症初期白细胞的郁滞以及细胞毒样作用等多种生物活性作用.目前已知除去内皮细胞外,包括肾脏在内的其它细胞均可产生EDRF/NO,并且参与了正常肾功能的调节.本文仅就EDRF/NO的合成过程、作用机理及对肾功能的影响综述如下.
