目的:了解不合理用药的情况,找出原因,探讨方法,指导临床用药。方法:采用回顾性分析,对我院2006年1～6月门诊西药处方进行随机抽查,对不合理用药进行分析,并提出处理建议。结果:我院门诊药物不合理使用主要为抗菌药物使用不合理,其处方占抽查处方的6.06%,主要表现在给药的途径、剂量、时间间隔及配伍几个方面。结论:我院门诊不合理使用抗菌药物是主流,抗菌药物给药方案有待改进。药师应具备药学综合知识,方能指导医师和病人合理用药。
Objective: To understand the situation of irrational use of drugs, find out the reasons, explore ways to guide the clinical use of drugs. Methods: A retrospective analysis of our hospital from January to June 2006 outpatient western medicine prescription random sampling, analysis of irrational drug use, and put forward the treatment recommendations. Results: The unreasonable use of outpatient medicines in our hospital was mainly due to the unreasonable use of antimicrobial drugs. The prescriptions accounted for 6.06% of the randomized prescriptions, mainly in the ways of administration, dosage, time interval and compatibility. Conclusion: Our hospital outpatient irrational use of antimicrobial drugs is the mainstream, antimicrobial drug administration needs to be improved. Pharmacists should have a comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy, in order to guide physicians and patients rational use of drugs.
