犯罪嫌疑人的分析确认是刑事案件侦查过程中的一个关键环节。本文试图探讨的是嫌犯分析确认的一条思路。其依据是事物的运动、发展有规律可寻,作为个体的人也有其特定的运行轨迹。需求反映一个人的人格、个性,从案件、现场可以找到许多可以固定、确认疑犯的富有个性的“特征点”。刑事案件带有很强的不确定性,分析确认疑犯不能具体、片面地沉湎于追求精确,而要发挥人脑善于模糊思维的优势,把精确与模糊结合起来,从整体上感觉现场、把握案件,形成对疑犯的“抽象具体”形象,进而利用“抽象具体”形象,按图索骥,把主观认知与客观实际联系起来,寻求侦破效率的最大化。
