教学反馈,是指教师输送给学生的教学信息在学生中产生反应并返回教师,从而对教学信息的再输出产生影响的教学控制过程。维纳曾说:“一个有效的行为必须通过某种反馈过程来取得信息,从而了解目的是否已经达到。”教学反馈作为师生之间信息交流的重要一环,对促进教师了解学生学习情况,检验自己的教学效果,进而依据反馈信息适时调整教学过程、改善教学方法等都有重要的作用。因此,广大教师要努力研究并不断提高自己的课堂教学反馈能力,自觉适应课堂上出现的千变万化情况,做到因势利导,实时反馈。
