基于辐射测温法的基本原理,设计出了以8751单片机为核心的光电比色测温系统.该系统用被测物的亮温替代实际温度,并用查表程序由单片机自动校准误差,在500℃~1000℃范围内,相对误差为±1%.
Based on the basic principle of radiation thermometry, a photoelectric colorimetric temperature measurement system with 8751 single-chip microcomputer as its core was designed. The system uses the measured temperature of the light instead of the actual temperature, and use the look-up table to automatically calibrate the error by the microcontroller in the range of 500 ℃ ~ 1000 ℃, the relative error of ± 1%.
