第四届国际口腔外科协会会议于1979年9月6日至8日在布拉格举行。22个国家的六百余名专家出席了会议。会上宣读了论文112篇,其中主要内容是儿童的颌面部肿瘤、创伤、先天性缺损畸形及炎症的诊断和治疗。Kessler(东德)对颅——颌面发育畸形提出了新的分类法。Bruck(奥地利)详细地论述了100例鼻部瘘管的发生、局部解剖、与眶周皮样囊肿的关系及鉴别诊断的困难。他建议术前进行瘘管造影、术中在瘘管内注入美兰。在造影说明问题后可尽早施行手术。
The 4th International Conference of Oral Surgeons was held in Prague from September 6 to August 1979. More than 600 experts from 22 countries attended the meeting. 112 papers were read out, of which the main content is the diagnosis and treatment of maxillofacial tumors, trauma, congenital defects and inflammation in children. Kessler (East Germany) proposed a new classification of craniofacial developmental deformities. Bruck (Austria) discusses in detail the occurrence of 100 cases of nasal fistula, local anatomy, and periorbital dermoid cysts and the differential diagnosis of difficult. He suggested preoperative fistula imaging, intraoperative intramuscular injection of Meilan. Surgery can be performed as soon as possible after the explanation of the contrast.
