目的探讨缺血再灌注家兔白细胞变形能力(LD)的变化及654-2对其影响。②方法采用结扎/放开冠状动脉左旋支造成家兔急性心肌缺血再灌注模型,采用DXC-300A型核孔膜红细胞变形能力测定仪检测了LD和血浆总超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力的变化。③结果缺血再灌注组家兔LD与SOD均明显降低,与对照组、缺血组比较,差异有极显著性(F=21.76,18.92,q=8.52~17.08,P<0.01)。应用654-2治疗后,LD与SOD均升高,与缺血再灌注组比较,差异有极显著性(q=9.26,8.76,P<0.01);与对照组比较差异无显著性(q=1.52,2.06,P>0.05)。缺血再灌注组、缺血组和654-2组家兔LD与SOD呈正相关(r=0.823~0.884,P<0.01)。④结论急性心肌缺血再灌注家兔LD明显降低,654-2具有增强LD的作用
Objective To investigate the changes of leukocyte deformability (LD) in rabbits with ischemia / reperfusion and the effect of 654-2 on it. Methods The acute myocardial ischemia-reperfusion model was induced by ligation and release of left circumflex coronary artery in rats. DXC-300A erythrocyte deformability was used to detect the activity of LD and total superoxide dismutase (SOD) The change. Results The LD and SOD of rabbits in ischemia-reperfusion group were significantly lower than those in control group and ischemia group (F = 21.76, 18.92, q = 8.52-17.08 , P <0.01). After treatment with 654-2, the levels of LD and SOD increased, compared with the ischemia-reperfusion group, the difference was significant (q = 9.26, 8.76, P <0.01); compared with the control group No significant (q = 1.52,2.06, P> 0.05). There was a positive correlation between LD and SOD in ischemia / reperfusion group, ischemia group and 654-2 group (r = 0.823-0.884, P <0.01). ④ Conclusion Rabbit acute myocardial ischemia reperfusion was significantly reduced LD, 654-2 has an enhanced LD
