本文通过对1935年电影《新女性》的女主角韦明的形象内涵的分析,指出三十年代职业女性的生存悖论与生存困境:她们要获得独立的社会地位,必须以牺牲身体的独立性为条件。韦明是“五四”独立自由的解放精神和资本主义男权意识冲突下的牺牲品,蔡楚生意图以韦明的悲剧命运表现其理想的新女性观,从“五四”女性到革命新女性的转变。
This article analyzes the image connotation of Wei Ming, the heroine of the 1935 film “New Woman”, and points out the survival paradox and survival predicament of working women in the 1930s. They must obtain the independent social status and sacrifice the independence of the body As a condition. Wei Ming is the victim of the independence and liberation spirit of May 4th Movement and the consciousness conflict of capitalist patriarchal power. Cai Chu’s life-to-life shows his ideal new concept of feminism from the tragic fate of Weiming, Women to new revolutions in women’s transformation.
