测试了分离自我国8个省市马铃薯青枯病株的43个细菌菌株的致病性,并研究了它们对3种双糖和3种己醇的氧化能力。人工接种表明,所有菌株对马铃薯、番茄和茄子均具有微弱到很强的致病力。试验证明,供试的绝大部分菌株(38/43)属生化型Ⅱ,基本上来自一些马铃薯主要产区,有少数菌株(5/43)属生化型Ⅲ和Ⅳ,主要来自城市近郊蔬菜区。这一研究对马铃薯抗青枯病品种的培育以及设计综合防治技术措施提供了有用的资料。
The pathogenicity of 43 bacterial strains isolated from bacterial wilt of potato in 8 provinces of China was tested and their ability to oxidize 3 kinds of disaccharides and 3 kinds of hexanol was studied. The artificial inoculation showed that all the strains had a weak to very strong virulence on potato, tomato and eggplant. The test showed that most of the strains tested (38/43) belonged to biochemical type Ⅱ, which basically came from some major potato producing areas. A few strains (5/43) belonged to biochemical types Ⅲ and Ⅳ, mainly from urban vegetable areas . This study provided useful information on the cultivation of potato bacterial wilt resistance and the design of integrated control measures.
