目的:研究羊角拗的显微特征。方法:采用石蜡切片法对羊角拗茎、叶进行切片,采用显微技术观察组织构造及显微特征。结果:茎横切面皮层可见石细胞;维管束双韧型;薄壁组织中有乳汁管分布,多见草酸钙方晶和簇晶。叶脉主脉维管束为双韧型维管束,薄壁组织可见乳汁管、多见草酸钙簇晶、偶见草酸钙方晶。粉末中可见花粉粒,花柱表皮和花冠表皮及其表面的具细密疣状突起单细胞非腺毛,石细胞、草酸钙簇晶、草酸钙方晶、非腺毛、导管、木栓细胞多见。结论:羊角拗显微特征明显,可为其鉴定、开发利用提供参考依据。
Objective: To study the microscopic features of claw bend. Methods: Paraffin stalks were used to slice stems and leaves of Cinnamomum coronatus, microstructures and microscopic features were observed by microscopy. Results: The stalk cells were visible in the cross-section of the stem. The vascular bundles were double-toughened. The distribution of the latex in the parenchyma was more common with calcium oxalate tetragonal and cluster crystals. Vascular bundle of the main vein of the veins is a double-toughened vascular bundle. A latex tube can be seen in the parenchyma. Occurrence of calcium oxalate cluster crystals is common and calcium oxalate crystal is occasionally seen. Pollen grains, style epidermis and corolla epidermis and its surface with dense verrucous protrusions single cell non-glandular hair, stone cells, calcium oxalate cluster crystal, calcium oxalate crystal, non-glandular hair, catheters, cork cells more common . Conclusion: The microscopic characteristics of claw bend obviously, which can provide a reference for its identification, development and utilization.
