１品种来源黔油１２号系贵州省农科院油研所用蜀杂１号F２分离不育株与“双低”品种R－８杂交选育的“双低”核不育系SAB－３作母本，与“双低”品种的优系双１６８作父本组配育成的半冬性甘蓝型“双低”杂交油菜新组合。１９９９年７月通过贵州省农作物品种审定委员会审定。２
