应用FM100HUE 方法检测了70 名二硫化碳(CS2)作业女工和23 名对照者的辨色能力。结果显示CS2 暴露组接触CS2 浓度为125 ~364mg/m3 ,常规眼科检查未见特异损伤,FM100HUE辨色错误得分为845 ,与对照组(652) 相比尽管未显示出统计学上的差异,但对绿色区带的辨别能力极显著低于对照组(P< 001) 。表明CS2 对作业女工辨色力有一定影响,且以绿色区带最明显,FM100HUE 能较早发现这一损伤作用
The FM100-HUE method was used to detect the color discrimination ability of 70 female carbon disulfide (CS2) workers and 23 controls. The results showed that the contact CS2 concentration in the exposed CS2 group was 125 to 364mg/m3. There was no specific lesion in the routine ophthalmologic examination. The error score in the FM100HUE was 845, compared with the control group (652). Statistical differences were not shown, but the discrimination ability of the green zone was extremely significantly lower than that of the control group (P<001). It shows that CS2 has a certain influence on the color discrimination of working female workers, and the green zone is the most obvious. FM100-HUE can find this damage earlier.
